On January 26 and 27, 2025, the Museum will be closed to visitors. More information can be found at 80.auschwitz.org
IMPORTANT NOTICE: visit.auschwitz.org is the only official website with entry cards to visit the Auschwitz Museum. We do not cooperate with any outside companies in this regard. The Museum is not liable for cancellations made through other websites. Some companies may incorrectly blame the Museum for their tour cancellations, despite not having received confirmation of their booking request.
The lack of entry cards in the online reservation system for a specific date and type of visit (with or without an educator) means that all entry passes available here have already been booked. Every day, an additional limited number of entry cards for individual visits are available at the service points in front of the main entrance to the Museum. Entry cards for individual visitors are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please make a thoughtful decision before making a reservation.
All visitors, also those coming in organized groups, must have their personalized entry pass and ID with them. All guided tours start at the former Auschwitz I camp. Visits to the Museum by children under the age of 14 are not recommended.
